At The Kick Hub, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Please read our shipping policy below:

📦 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after your order has been processed.

  • Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer.

💳 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email once your order has been dispatched.

💰 Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery on selected combos and promotions.

  • A flat delivery fee may apply for other items, which will be displayed at checkout.

🏬 Delivery Method

We use trusted couriers and PAXI (via PEP) to ensure your order reaches you safely. You may need to provide the nearest PEP store or mall for collection if you choose PAXI.

  • Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

  • The Kick Hub is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect details provided, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather, etc.).

  • If you miss your delivery or do not collect your parcel, you may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.
